  iheart (Innate Health Education and Resilience Training), is a non-profit organisation committed to creating a paradigm shift in youth mental health. iheart is dedicated to helping the next generation realise their potential through learning about their natural resilience, innate mental health and wellbeing.Our transformative approach to the mental health crisis is based on our core belief that "we have everything we need inside of us" and uniquely focuses on mental wellness, prevention and education, equipping individuals to practically address real issues encountered on a daily basis.Since January 2018, 5000 young people have participated in iheart globally, 98% of which noticed a positive change in themselves following the iheart programme (Evidence & Impact report, 2020).Our range of programmes inspire and educate young people, teachers, educators and parents.• For youth, schools and universities, our revolutionary preventative educational ‘iheart Curriculum’ is delivered over 11 sessions and is transforming entire educational environments.• For teachers and school staff, we offer an 8-session ‘Wellbeing programme for Educators/Teachers.'• For parents and families trying to support their young person, we offer a ‘iheart Parenting Programme’ and one-to-one sessions.• For school leaders, we provide a bespoke ‘Whole School Wellbeing Strategy’ to embed a multisystemic approach to creating a resilience culture within your school environment.• Are you inspired to help solve the mental health crisis in our youth?
