Primary Technical Order Distribution Office, maintained and updated over 3,000 military technical orders, performing 20 monthly inspections in six shops. Responsible for brining on line electronic technical orders, transitioning out thousands of paper tech data and linking communication for new wireless systems. Also set up and oversaw Navy technical distribution office at Bahrain Naval Station. Primary ramp inspector.
