      During my time at Telefund, I started as a caller and was later promoted to train and manage callers. As a caller my responsibilities included calling alumni and parents of students who attend Syracuse University to inform them of the university's current events and to persuade them to donate to the Fund for Syracuse. As a manager, I hired, trained, and managed employees, and ran incentive programs to motivate callers and increase donations.
