  I work as a real estate agent, taking care of everything related to sales, from newspaper advertisements to presentations, sales and closing deals. There was also a lot of cooperation with B2B partners (construction companies) whose properties we handled.I succeeded very well in my task and the number of deals was significant. However, I had to pursue a different field when the recession hit hard in 1990.

  In my role as team leader, I was responsible for the Finnish Slot Machine Association's B2B partnerships (approx. 3,000 partners) in a physical agent channel in large geographical areas, for the past four years the entire Eastern and Northern Finland region. I was also responsible for national KAM partnerships and regional cooperatives from South Ostrobothnia upwards. Since 1994, I took care of the regions of Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. Provision of the Finnish Slot Machine Association's B2C consumer services through the agent channel, taking into account legislation and its restrictions (incl. the Lotteries Act).In supervisor work, my approach must coach me in an inspiring and positive way.We renewed the organization and played a significant role in making our operations and processes partner-oriented.
