The systems: Honeywell Performance and Development (HPD) and a Succession Tracking tool.▶ Honeywell Performance and Development ◆ Manage/support the entire P&D cycle – goal setting, midyear reviews and annual performance & compensation review – drive completion for 90k+ employees; Scorecard reports generated for HR Senior VPs and CEO during cycles and cycle driven to 100% compliance completion ◆ Partner closely with HRIT and HR Business teams to manage system upgrades and implemented a backlog of priority requests for system enhancement ◆ As a SME for my platforms I provided support such as impact analysis and expertise in multiple cross-function projects and business tasks such as Other HR System upgrades (such as PeopleSoft) within Honeywell ecosystem, Acquisitions and Divestures, bi-month organizational reorganizations, and others ◆ Work with HR Help teams to develop and maintain multiple Knowledge Articles and SOPs in Salesforce (SFDC) to assist in customer support and improved system usability▶ Succession Tracking Tool ◆ New Tool developed in-house using Agile Project Methodology in 2019.
