  In this internship under the Swadesh Foundation,I worked on the Gram Panchyat Development Plan ( GPDP) of the Jaslvai Gram Panchyat. Planning were done with all the resources group of the village and Surpanch. Drafting of the GPDP was done and then presented to the Block development Officer (BDO) of the Shrivardhan. A final report was submitted to the foundation and Presentation Presented to the HR and Director- Economic Development & Government affairs.
