  I have successfully managed to migrate data collection systems at CARD from paper to online platforms with the tutorials I got a hold of. I have also pioneered the development of organizational management information system mainly focusing in the projects department as aligned in the strategic plan. I have vast experience in facilitating M&E trainings amongst the staff and the people we work with. My position has also offered opportunities of developing M & E systems that are used to m assure progress of particular projects. Reporting and monitoring are also skills that I have built over time. Besides monitoring and evaluation, I also support the programs managers in project management and I am managing 2 projects. I am also serving as a procurement committee Chairperson for CARD.
