  Set timelines, run meetings, and manage key personal with the goal of installing a multi-faceted piece of healthcare software to a customer's specifications. Key skills include:Quick learning: in order to understand the different personal, financial and legal factors that play into the features that a particular customer needs, and the populations that they serve.Interpersonal understanding: In order to set realistic project timelines, understanding your team's strengths, weaknesses and abilities is absolutely key.Flexibility: Plans need to be able to change at a moment's notice in order to accommodate for unexpected problems that may arise.Facilitation: To ensure that key decisions are being made it is important to simultaneously keep meetings on track while making those present understand that their concerns are being taken into account.
