  President of Steck Associates LLC for 32 years. I conduct mediation for elders & their families to address conflicts, end- of-life decisions and inheritance issues, as well as workplace mediation. With my Associates, we are also EAP Affiliate counselors, executive & career coaches, & trainers. I specialize in counseling and elder care services for caregivers, the dying and the bereaved. I also provide elder care to both families and the senior. As a career coach, I work with individuals of all ages to help them find meaningful work or a new career. Executive coaching involves assisting the manager with both individual and organizational challenges. I conduct counseling, psychotherapy, and online distance counseling. Consultations & coaching with executives & managers focused on both the personal and organizational issues.
