      My PhD research comprises three parts:+ To design interference mitigation algorithms for communications on adjacent/arbitrarily overlapping channels. The interfered and interfering communication systems have different bandwidths.+ To develop optimization algorithm that maximizes the number of served users (on downlink direction) in multi-UAV based wireless networks.+ To develop optimization algorithm that minimizes total energy consumption of users (on uplink direction) in multi-UAV based wireless networks where Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) is employed.The main programming language used in my PhD research was Matlab. Several optimization tools (CVX, SEDUMI, GUROBI, MOSEK) and techniques (Block -Coordinate Descent, Successive Convex Approximation, Graph Maximum Matching) were involved. Show less
