  Mr. Cooksley has over 25 years of experience in the science and engineering communities as a project director, project manager, project engineer, construction manager, inspector and QA/QC implementor. As a Corporate Quality Manager for STV Inc., Mr. Cooksley currently develops, maintains and implements QA/QC Policies and Procedures and provides guidance to project teams in the development of project-specific Quality Management Tools. Mr. Cooksley has led all phases of projects, from initial proposal development and budgeting/scheduling, through implementation, project controls, quality audits, commissioning and closeout. He is experienced in regulatory research and interpretation (domestic and international).
