About me

Experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of delivering value added financial, assurance and compliance solutions to clients. Shravan is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary and holds certifications such as Dip IFR from ACCA UK, and DISA from ICAI along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He is also a Registered Valuer under IBBI. He currently leads the Corporate Advisory, Valuations and Audit practice at Ananth Shravan & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants. He specializes in providing consulting services on improving business performance to MSME and Large Corporates through strategy formulation, financial reporting, corporate investment advisory and financial modelling, outsourced-CFO services, transaction advisory for M&A, due diligence, audit & assurance services. He is the Past Chairman of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch ie. for the year 2018-19. Previously he has held various positions like Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of SICASA of ICAI. He is the founding secretary of Bangalore Valuers Association and is also a member on the Valuation and Insolvency Committe of SIRC of ICAI for the year 2020-21. He has addressed at various forums on topics such as Financial Modelling, Ind AS, Audit, and on various provisions under Companies Act. He has been a speaker at several conferences held by colleges and institutes. He holds a Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection awarded by ICAI. He has completed the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by IBBI and is waiting his registration.
