  Currently heading the IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Application Security teams. Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for providing Future State Architecture, Application portfolio Management, Architecture repositories, Architecture Governance, Application Rationalization etc. Application Security team is responsible for Source Code and Dynamic Scanning of applications to identify and eliminate the Security Vulnerabilities. During this period, got an opportunity to build a IT delivery team in Hyderabad from scratch. Starting with 2 members and one Product, today it is a full fledged IT delivery team which is responsible for Development and Maintenance of various products. Responsible for streamlining the Processes in newly formed Infor Services Team in Hyderabad. During this period, I worked as a Development Manager heading the Baan Project, Baan India Localization, Baan A&D, Baan Distribution teams of Hyderabad. Product Engineering Group was part of BAAN Global Customer Support Organization. This team was responsible for providing the Technical Support for Baan Customers worldwide. As a Manager, I was heading Baan Distribution, Baan Project, and Baan Service Teams of Hyderabad. Worked as Developer. Participated in BaanERP5.0 Development Project.
