  Worked with existing BNI Chapters & started new BNI Chapters in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. BNI is a network of individual chapters of business professionals internationally that allow 1 person in each professional classification to join the chapter. There are over 5,400 chapters internationally. We have 11 chapters in the greater Baton Rouge Area. When I took the position there were 187 members in our area and the average chapter size was 17 members. Attendance at Advanced Trainings were betweeen 15 - 20 members monthly. As of December 2009 the region grew to 286 members with an average chapter size of 24. Attendance for the monthly Advanced Training topped 50 on December 14th, 2009. Show less
