      One of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, providing effective research and medicines in important areas of healthcare. Key responsibilities/achievements:Generalist HR: Responsible for one of the largest business areas on the site (500 employees), involving day to day advice on HR issues.Management Development: Working with managers and senior managers to develop, run and facilitate ‘away days’ for their team. This often involved looking at individual differences and styles, and looking at the team’s objectives and goals to align them with the department and more widely the company. Change Management: Working with the business and the management team to implement changes including a new pay banding structure which involved presentations to the business and working with focus groups and senior management team. Training and Development: Instigating, designing, and delivering a series of short employee relations workshops over the year for team leaders and supervisors. The success of the programme was subsequently rolled out into other areas of the business.
