  - Supervising the retail sales team(Assets & Liability products) .- Cross selling various Bank products .- Monitor the revenues and expenses of the Branch in order to maximize the profitability .- Reviewing the operations entries in coordination with the financial control department. .- Monitoring the performance of both the operation Dep. & the customer service- Check and approve all transaction ( opening / amendments ) done by teller/operation officer in relation to time deposits, certificate of deposits ,current accounts and saving accounts .- Review and approve the implementation of the following :-- Internal and external funds transfers .- Issuing bank drafts/ acceptance cheques .- Blockage on A/C , T/D , and CDs .- Maintenance of stopped cheques .- Foreign Exchange transactions .- Incoming and Outgoing collection .- Reconciliation of the outstanding balances between branches .- Review and follow up collecting bank charges regarding bank statements , credit card fees , ATM fees and any other charges related to bank operations and services .- Monitor and control the receipt of L/C & L/G application and co-ordinate with the central operation .- Review cash transaction ( deposit , withdrawal , cashing cheques , immediate credit and FX transactions - In charges of vault (in-out of cash) and control of vault cash balances plus cash transfer from/to the branch .- Seeking approvals to sell/buy currencies from dealing and review currencies positions .- Check branch financial position and reports on daily basis .- Handling auditor comments in coordination with the branch manager .- Prepare reports related to operational transactions and sent it to concerned department such as CD issuance reports , fx … etc .- Authorization for all operational transaction within his limits .- Review proofs done by teller/operation officer .
