Oversaw 8 acquisitions in the life sciences, half of which were overseas, quadrupling the size of the business and integrating the acquisitions into Fisher Scientific. Divested two businesses; restructured two operations to improve financial performance. Leading manufacturer of laboratory casewood, fumehoods, and LAN furniture. Completed two acquisitions, one international, restructured LAN business, selected and implemented new dealer product configuration software and remote order entry system.
