      • Analyzed survey results with my HR team for production & salaried employees, identify action items and develop a plan to address the items of concern. By putting our 1-2-3 action plan into place we were able to improve our overall production climate survey results from 68% to 75% and salaried results from 71% to 77% for FY20.• Strategize our recruiting efforts in reducing our plant’s turnover rate from 3.8% in Q1 to 0% by Q4 for FY20. By focusing on building technical capabilities and cross training in job classification for both new hires and current employees, we are in a good place to retain top talent at production level and above. I have also maintained a focus on managing the plants retention process by building a succession plan for key positions that will put us at an advantage point for retirements. • Develop and implement a technical training roadmap for all Dock Driver Coordinators to build their mechanical skills in becoming mechanical operators. By completing this process, we will be able to decrease the number of hours of downtown on the Palletizer and keep the product going out the door with no delays• Developed Safety Observation capabilities for Bisquick FSA production team members by training and rolling out Peer to Peer Safety Observations in their department. I am leading our Safety Observation Committee and currently training the remaining production team• New Learning Management System Conversion GoLearn - I was able to test, review, update, and input all trainings from the SAP system for Kansas City, Avon, Great Falls, Vernon, and Fridley Mills for data migration to the new Learning Management System. By supporting and completing all the requirements for the data transition for this corporate initiative it put the NA Mills 6 months ahead of schedule for the GoLearn rollout. Show less • Implemented Computer Based Safety Training for all plant employees - Build and define refresher on-line training content and remove time constraint barriers for employees in order to give them flexibility in completing mandatory Human & Food Safety training• Secured $350,000 of grant funding from the state of Missouri and is managing the training dollars for submittal and reimbursement to the state• Restructured the Maintenance Technician (MT) Training Program to formalize an Apprenticeship program so all Trainees can now receive their Journeyman's Certification through the state of Missouri• Managed the data transition of the Kansas City Plant Portal Migration to the new standard SharePoint 2013• Successfully completed the General Mills Responsible Sourcing audit with no findings in HR• Successfully completed Zero Loss Culture Pillar training for the Leadership, Org, and L&D guidebooks and assisted with the development of the Mill Work System Standard for Zero Loss Culture• Developed and implemented Mill Sweeper & Utility new hire training content• Develop Pesticide training curriculum and assessments to help plant employees prepare to take the Missouri State Pesticide Exam• Drafted and implemented One Point Lessons (OPLs) for connecting & disconnecting the Chlorine system and create a video demonstrating how to perform the procedures correctly and safely• Create eLearning Mill Modules 1 & 2 so they are accessible in G&Me; Mill employees can train independently through the self-taught courses in the system Show less • Evaluated and modified the new hire orientation to ensure it adequately covered Human & Food safety items. • I worked with key stakeholders to evaluate the need for E-Learning with FISMA • Developed HR Leader Standard Work audit for all new hires that evaluates their training progress through their first year at the plant• Worked closely with Mill Team Leaders to develop new job descriptions and training programs to coincide with the new Wheathouse project• Engaged in the planning, strategy, development and meeting facilitation of the Kansas City BCN and Kansas City Women’s Network groups• Managed production recruiting and new hire onboarding for the plant• Conducted detail maintenance and tracking of all FMLA & Disability days and hours for plant employees • Managed the plant-wide programs: hearing test, safety shoes, and uniforms services• Coordinated all Employee Club, volunteer events, and year-end celebrations Show less
