      - Direct report to the Kiwa Board (Corporate Development role)- Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the business sector, including identifying growth opportunities through alliances, mergers, acquisitions, and market development initiatives. Create business plans and present them to the Kiwa Management Board for funding and approval.- International Competence Center: Oversee the development and management of ICCs, ensuring the harmonization of services and operational efficiencies across regions. Promote the use of ICCs within the network to drive revenue growth and best-in-class service delivery, and define the rules of engagement and governance related to using this ICC.- Financial Management: Full responsibility for the P&L of sector-specific initiatives for business expansion. Manage budgets, maximize profitability, and ensure alignment with the overall company growth objectives. Collaborate with local country managers to ensure the smooth execution of expansion projects in their domestic countries.- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Regularly present sector strategies, performance reports, and updates to the Kiwa Management Board and key stakeholders. Engage with local country managers to refine sector strategies according to regional market needs and ensure alignment with global goals.- Customer Focus & Market Intelligence: Foster a customer-centric culture within the sector by driving customer relationship strategies. Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to ensure proactive and differentiated sector strategies.- Merger & Acquisition Strategy: Lead the development of M&A strategies within the sector, ensuring target companies are aligned with strategic and local goals and integration plans are effectively managed in collaboration with local management.- Culture & Leadership: Act as a Kiwa Ambassador.
