Exposure gained:- Responsible in learning about the process of producing the solar module from the part of producing cell, soldering, lay up, laminating the module, framing, cleaning, IV test, inspection and packaging.- Learned how to think and know how to solve a problem occured by the machine or human handling of the solar module.- Learned about the type of defect that usually occured on the solar module with their code such as dented (BB), cell crack (YL), cold solder of cell (EL), bubble in the module glass (QP), AB glue defect (FG) and broken cell (DC). - Monitoring and control the output and minimizing the NG output such as cell crack, low power of module and cold solder of the cell.- Monitoring the small defect on the module that can cause crack on the cell such as dented (BB), bubble in the glass (QP) and human handling.- Learned how to calculate the ratio of the AB glue at framing section before starting the production and monitoring the AB glue quantity in the junction box every 2 hours and adjusted the glue quantity if necessary.- Involved in assisting the equipment/maintenance team in solving the machinary problem to keep the process run well. - Responsible in making daily report about the process of the module from the front-end station until the back-end station to achieve a good yield.
