  Production supervisor in Mirafiori body shop, on the underbody & subgroups ETU of Maserati Levante model.The main activities and responsibilities of my role are:▪ manage a team of 24 blue collar in order to fulfill the production and quality targets of my ETU, ensuring the tightest respect of the legal and internal safety standards▪ manage the ETU budget [105 k€ for indirect material and 15 k€ for scraps]▪ ensure and encourage the blue collar team involvement in the World Class Manufacturing activities in the plant▪ monitor and manage absenteeismIn addiction to FI unit referent, Safety (SAF) pillar team.
