   Around 12+ years of extensive manufacturing experience in the areas of Production and Quality with worlds renowned MNC (PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt Ltd) and Coca-Cola Bottling unit. Planning, organizing and controlling all Quality pertinent aspects in the shift as well as line operations of 600bpm (SIPA), 400bpm (KHS) and 600bpm NCB (Hot fill) pet lines, 600bpm (KHS), 400bpm CSD GRB lines.  As a team leader role, receiving direct reporting from 6 no quality officers and organizing 30+ associates level team in a shift. Managing overall shift responsibility of QA function by ensuring quality standards maintained. Involved in commissioning of the new projects, optimization of the process operations and meeting the stipulated quality norms. FPR( First person reporting ) for the Syrup process and Sanitation & CIP to the QA perspective  Key Auditee member for AIB, ISO22000 , GQA and LRQA. CIP Automation and sanitation protocols implemented within stipulated time. Lead the Projects of COLD CIP and ECA (Electro chemical activation) CIP and achieved the significant saving interns of DMC and Utility cost without any process deviations. Got the R&R for these accomplishments. Leading the INTERNAL AUDIT FOOD SAFETY TEAM and organizing MR to take the corrective & preventive actions plan pertaining to Food safety concerns. Show less
