  • Responsible for all arrivals of The Grand Presidential Suite named Chanakya Suite, Three Presidential Suites named Chandragupta Suite, Ashoka Suite & Empress Suite & Three Luxury Suites named Nalanda Suite, Magesthenese Suite & Faihan Suite. • Take care of VVIP’s in all these suites in entire their stay for 24*7. • One Point Contact for the Guests & fulfill all their requirements including all meal orders, reservation for any restaurants either in the hotel or outside, all laundry services, shopping facility, City tour, Flight tickets, Airport Pick-up/ Drop & many more.• In case of no VIP arrival I am a part of Butler Service Department & Take the orders of the guests on Control Desk & handle the shift by fulfilling all the checklists of the In-house guests on daily basis.• On a rotational basis I serve the guests in Summit Lounge for Happy Hours & West View in Breakfast which is very exclusive for Welcome Clubbers & Starwood Preferred guests.• I am Custodian for all the suites in terms of Butler Service & also responsible for In Room Check Inn’s & Check Out’s.• I am also a part of A.E.T (Area Effectiveness Team) in hotel & also pay my full attention towards the G.D.B (Guest Delight Bank) which maintenance regularly.• I am the handling the team of 10 Butlers in Main Block & I am also responsible to make duty roaster for entire ITC One Butlers Team.• Responsible in Supervising the over-all chores in hotel, observe the cleanliness, the food and drinks and all operation that involves service. • Supervise the operation for room service, food and beverages and other concerns of guests. • Give designated direction, orders and tasks to workers. • Observe the workers on how they perform their tasks. • Assist employees with their tasks. • Give further announcements, meetings, and memorandums to employees. • Assist customers with their needs and demands. • Make reservations, orders and other important matters.
