      1. Ensure that client requests delivered from Coverage Departments are properly handled in a timely manner.2. Consolidate client documents received from coverage Departments such as the legal documents, balancesheets, income statements, call & investigation reports and accounts’ statistics etc…3. Handle internal communication with bank departments/ branches to meet clients’ inquiries and solveproblems.4. Join Relationship Executives, from Coverage Departments, in client visits.5. Review the agenda and identify credit renewals within the following two months.6. Prepare and develop the credit proposal and executive summary.7. Ensure that client data is fully obtained and comply with the approved policies.8. Analyze all relevant information and data to structure the file and the facilities.9. Prepare requested documentation and reports.10. Manage registers, filing, and archiving of files.11. Adopt all policies and procedures in order to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted incompliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, International Standards.12. Apply the proper functioning & implementation of permanent supervision system, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
