The main aim of my project was to study the physiological effects of a novel C. elegans model representing Tau pathology. As a part of my Master's program, I had an opportunity to work with the research group of Dr. Kathrin Maedler. The main aim of the project was to study the efficiency of GLP1- ASO (antisense oligonucleotide) on PHLPP1 in pancreatic beta cells in vivo studies.
