      Needs Analysis & Curriculum Development: Identify training needs by analyzing performance data, conducting skills gap assessments, and staying abreast of industry trends. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with store managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
