  I provide technical assistance and guidance to the customers and stakeholders of ACT Cabs. The position requires me to heavily engage with the stakeholders who require support in resolving the problems with their dispatch unit and booking system. I assist them by guiding them at times of their difficulties over the phone or in person. I have also developed and refined analytical and data-focused skills. I distribute first-hand user information to the stakeholders and provide them with end-user training, helping them to finalise the onboarding process, prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, oversee compliance procedures, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. With over two years of experience in the position, I am now fluent and can communicate effectively to resolve most of the issues faced by the stakeholders. Show less
