      Supervise and guide the development of regional trainers located in five states and coordinate the scheduling and implementation of training initiatives. Manage the bank's intake training programs for Customer Service Representatives and Managers. Develop, update, and deliver procedural and technical training programs, product and sales training, merger and acquisition training to various business lines for both new and existing employees.
