      I have masterfully guided the training and production efforts of 236 maintenance personnel in support of eight E-6B aircraft. Results: Maintenance Department awarded the Naval Aviation Fleet Support/Special Mission Award for 2014,2013, Commander, Strategic Communications Wing ONE Maintenance Excellence Award 2012 , 2013, and 2014. In addition, department was awarded the 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Safety "S", Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist Pennant 2010 and 2011, and the 2011,2012, 2013 Battle "E" awards for operational success. As Maintenance Control Senior Chief Petty Officer and lead Safe-for-Flight (SFF), overall responsible for the qualification and training of 20 SFF designations and the integrity of "Releasing Aircraft Safe for Flight" Program. I managed 11 work centers, 236 maintenance technicians, 25 civilian artisans, and two engineers executing 8,000 mishap-free flight hours while maintaining an 86 percent mission capable rate. I monitored and provided guidance to all maintenance personnel in proper program management in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP). As Electrical Branch LCPO and Avionics Division LCPO, led and advised 78 personnel in completing 17,002 maintenance evolutions, encompassing 154,892 man-hours on electrical and avionics systems on eight E-6B (Boeing - 707 type) aircraft. My expertise and counseling resulted in a 45 percent advancement and a 95 percent retention rate for Sailors, Chief Petty Officers and Junior Officers in the Command. As Expanded Phase Maintenance (EPM) Leading Chief Petty Officer, I was the Department’s primary liaison to the Air Logistics Center Depot Staff, Direct Fleet Support Team and Rockwell Collins Engineers.
