SITE handled the new site acquisition and portfolio management of around 350 leases on behalf of leading brands including Noel Leeming, Bendon, Number 1 Shoes, 3 Wise Men, Kathmandu, Warehouse Stationery and Adidas. The store networks were spread throughout New Zealand with a combined footprint in the order of 200,000 sqm.

  Contract role advising on land issues throughout the 130,000 ha estate of Matariki Forests - New Zealand's third largest plantation forest owner. Work included establishing a strategic land plan, identifying HBU potential, managing the disposal of non-core land holdings, negotiating third party licences & Forestry Rights, resolving access issues with adjoining land owners, overseeing small scale subdivision issues and negotiating regional leases.

  Whilst continuing to advise Rayonier Matariki Forests on various land issues and forestry transactions within their estate, this role also included tenant representation for Fonterra’s new 16,000 sqm global HQ, the Auckland office for Oracle, and strategic land acquisition for a large financial institution amongst a wide range of transaction and advisory projects.
