      I created and developed the strategy and business plan that launched Evolution Management Group. I worked with a successful board of directors and under their direction launched three different general purpose and payroll prepaid debit card programs. I was directly involved nearly all day-to-day operations of the organization. I managed all key accounts and developed the key relationships necessary to support our own internal customer support center of over 25 agents. This included not only key account management such as issuing bank and processing relationships but also included day to day activities such as hiring, training and termination of employees as needed.The philosophy that I was asked to employ at Evolution was that of building the organization from the ground up and ensuring an effective transfer of knowledge and experience to other team members. I was brought in to start the company, establish contacts for processing, network, reload and issuing bank contacts and processes. Because I was on a contract basis, I was also asked to hire and train employees that would be able to run the company for the long term after I had moved on to other projects. Through the execution of these strategies, I handled multiple projects simultaneously and directed many different cross-functional teams from Creative Assets, IT, Finance as well we as Product Distribution. In order to achieve such a high level of growth, it was necessary to analytically evaluate and continually alter and improve our strategies to achieve optimal growth.Along with the strategy and brand development work, many of the specific marketing programs that I managed directly included executing and evaluating the internal Email, Direct Mail, SEO, PPC, CRM and Social Network marketing programs. My stewardship included the direct financial reporting and accounting for several different Latin American areas. Specifically, the development of monthly financial statements, quarterly reviews, annual budget preparation as well as supporting online, retail and global commerce within the Distribution Services Division of the Materials Management Department. The countries/areas that I service include Mexico, countries in Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Belize), and the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and other Caribbean Islands). Through my team and our efforts, we are able to accomplish business planning, forecasting and necessary global coordination to effectively support the accounting needs of the entire supply chain for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In several instances, I was asked to serve with sr. management on a variety of global project teams. I was asked to serve on a cross-departmental global to evaluate and create recommendations for optimizing and enhancing the global supply chain through the use of third party logistics providers (3PL). This included the financial evaluation and recommendations for both domestic and international warehouse locations, evaluation of current transit opportunities as well as the evaluation of international treaties and legal restrictions surrounding global trade and commerce. The second area where I have served has been in the global implementation of the Distribution Services supply chain management ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX.
