  Jeg var den eneste ansatte på kontoret foruden en deltids-direktør, hvorfor alle opgaver gik igennem mig. Jeg stod for medlemsadministration, koordination, planlægning, udførelse af opgaver samt leverandør- og medlemskontakt. Vores administration foregik i cms-systemet Joomla, hvor jeg arbejdede med frontenden. Desuden lavede jeg content til hjemmesiden, og var redaktør på magasinet ”Danske Revisorer”. Jeg skulle have mange bolde i luften på én gang, og bevare overblikket.

  As a project manager, I worked with app and website design and was responsible for setting direction for our development teams in Pakistan and the Czech Republic, who primarily developed apps for the sports world (live scores, statistics, etc.). I had daily meetings with customers and stakeholders where we worked on needs assessment and goal prioritization, as well as handing over design proposals for desired features. I had continous dialogue with designers and owners about project status, including through Trello and Gantt Charts, and was involved in ensuring error reporting and ensuring operational functionality.Furthermore, I was responsible for tasks such as contract reading and WordPress setup on smaller projects, and I was part of an editorial team for an online newspaper.   As a business consultant, I have been the sales right hand, among other things, preparing pre-analyses on webshop projects for new sales customers, working on expansions for existing customers' solutions, as well as demonstrating and teaching Bizzkit's platform products, including PIM, CMS, DAM, Search, and builder.io.I have been involved from the sales process, where we have competed against other e-commerce companies, to the pre-analysis, to during the implementation, where customers have been taught how to use their new solution. I have also tested along the way in the development project to ensure that the above was adhered to in the solution being built.I have worked with feature descriptions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for bidding and time estimation purposes and have been the coordinator for longer-term or larger strategic projects with clients.I have facilitated commercial workshops, feature workshops, and technical workshops in collaboration with architects, UX designers, and sales, and have also facilitated workshops on desired expansions, merging of webshop solutions when acquiring new markets, strategic workshops for moonshot and 3-year planning, as well as workshops for selling new platform products, e.g., with a new CMS.I understand how to convert customers' desires and goals into manageable solution proposals, I am accustomed to communicating and collaborating with developers and architects to find the best solution for the customer, and I have worked closely with UX on the visual solution proposal.
