      I was part of a partner development team who worked with high-level corporate partners on their insurance marketing output. My main responsibility was to work on a virtual team on a $400million account, which involved communicating with the partner consistently, ensuring partner marketing materials were FSA compliant, researching new insurance offerings and preparing written papers to support them, and preparing and delivering training on new products. I also project managed the introduction of a further $2million partner to our book. My main achievement in this role was that our virtual team constructed the fourth ever identity theft insurance product to the UK market. On a personal level I helped in preparing most of the published marketing material for the product. In this role I was expected to work to deadlines, work independently, travel regularly, communicate effectively, and build partnerships with people at various levels of the business, as high up as Director. Show less My role included a wide range of responsibilities including dealing with referrals from my team of underwriters, both written and verbal, processing complex commercial policies, designing and delivering training on technical issues and soft skills working with management to ensure that training was delivered in-line with business goals and needs and reacting to feedback, completing a monthly quality control process on my team and providing them with constructive feedback on their performance, planning and assigning departmental work, project management including a project to renew a 1,000 policies with a common renewal date, member of a number of virtual teams including one to establish a new company wide quality control database, conducting interviews for potential new staff members, and also continuing my own personal development in technical underwriting and training. My role is as Client Services Manager, Property & Casualty in the Madison office of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). I am also a member of M3’s management team. My primary role is to manage the service staff of M3 with an emphasis on employee leadership and development. I oversees the workflow of the service representatives, trains new employees, and identify professional development opportunities for my current employees.
