Evaluated current processes and develop a new process on Carbide segregation in high Cr bearing steel and clogging in resulphurized grade of steels by analyzing the various production phenomenon, and provided an estimation of new parameters thus reduced the rejection rate of 52100 Grade of bearing steel by 60 percent. 3. Developed vacuum and induction heat treatment cycle for low sulfur steels.
