  The mutual goal at Avalon and Tahoe was to gain as much experience in sales and human resource management as possible, while effectively helping their team succeed. This led to assisting the HR director for a month, and gaining valuable insight on how to deal with company issues in house. As well as assisting the sales team in growing customer relationships and understanding the strategies to gain and retain new business. I was also awarded the opportunity to manage their social media marketing, where I was successful in increasing their market reach with two social media platforms. Avalon is a vertically integrated builder of luxury pontoon boats. All Avalon Pontoons are certified by the National Marine Manufacturer Association.
