      I have worked as an Intern doctor at King George Hospital(KGH) for 1 year.During this time I have been exposed to various patients with different clinical scenarios , in both inpatient and outpatient settings under various departments (internal medicine and its sub-specialities, Dermatology, Surgical specialities, public health.etc.) and have gained a lot of experience in patient interaction ,clinical treatment/methods, diagnostic methods, patient confidentiality.etc. I also gained experience in writing and organizing patient data in computer softwares that are analogous to the EDC/EMR/IWRA.I am hence also skillful in working in organized environments with the Professor,Resident doctors, Nurses,Laboratory technicians.etc. which is analogous to the PI, CRAs, Sub-investigators, laboratory personnel.etc. in a clinical research setting.I also got well versed in using ALCOA-C principles for documentation(patient case report forms).I also got ample experience in getting the patients to sign Informed consent Forms for various interventions, helping the patients to understand complex medical data through simple language in a private and quiet setting.I also gained skills in following medical protocols in inpatient/ER/outpatient setting analogous to following an IRB approved protocol in clinical research.
