This involved implementing MOC, aligning with vendors, testing and rapid feedback to ensure smooth adaption of new packaging within a site.- Launched Packaging Center of Excellence to ensure successful implementation of packaging procurement and reduce packaging related problems such as customer complaints, damages and Audits.- Part of the team known as Utility Center of Excellence which worked with different sites to monitor their utility consumption and also worked with sustainability department to achieve our goal of waste and utility reduction- Streamlined meeting and action log documents used by leaders.   Launched a B2C marketplace for people with talent to connect with potential tourist who are interest in more personal connect with various forms of Indian artistic talent. We brought people with talent in Sanskrit, Quilling, Kite flying, Indian food, Knowledge of street food in Delhi, 300 hundred old Bagru paint etc.However, we faced lot of issues in convincing people to come to platform. Those who did joined didnt had sufficient presentation skills to create story around their skill. Mostly didnt believe our concept or understood.As part of our search for talent we also contacted some scenic villages and created a B2B Model for schools and corporates to show farming, villages livelihood, bird watching, honey farming, Farm animal care etc. We convinced many schools for the trip for winters. However, by august 2018 i decided it is not going in direction of technology firm that i really wanted to do at first place. So handed over operations to the team mates and launched Digitup.
