During that time, international volumes for the ACT increased 25-35% each year as a direct result of the initiatives I implemented.• Negotiated and executed several major agency contracts in Hong Kong, Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, and Italy, as well as many other smaller ones around the world, for promotion and administration of the ACT.• Negotiated and executed government and private sector workforce development contracts in the Philippines, Australia, Mexico, Honduras, and Austria/Germany.• Increased ACT’s international footprint from just over 100 countries to nearly 140.• Increased the number of non-US universities using the ACT, from 66 in 24 countries to nearly 200 in more than 30 countries.• Internationalized the sales mechanisms for ACT’s two pre-ACT programs, resulting in additional international sales.• Implemented an additional ACT Writing Test date internationally, leading to significantly increased international demand for the product.• Managed nearly the entire relationship between ACT and hundreds of its stakeholders around the world.
