      I coordinated all aspects of the youth technology and college preparation program. I organized recruitment, orientation, the mentorship program, enrichment workshops, as well as graduation. I also supervised the technology instructor, monitored student attendance and performance and met with parents/care takers. Finally, I presided over the program board, made up of members of the local community, as well as program sponsors and investors.

Not only did I support some of the administrative and professional development tasks of the Director, I also coordinated cultural and fundraising events for the school and community at large. Oversaw the development of a 5 year strategic plan, a baseline study on girls in Zanzibar and the first ever general elections to revive the leadership of the organization. Secured funds for implementation of various programs.
