Oregon, NPI (new product introduction) QRE seed - Fully engaged all NPI products development in division. E.g. delivered >60% test improvement and UPH improvement changes to global QREs from US, CN, Malaysia and Costa Rica. Built credibility and smooth relationships across different function groups and different culture. 2012.09- 2015.12 CN. CD, NPI QRE and Lead- Became 75%+ NPI products development BI lead QRE. Led and coached BI QRE team to conquer hot issues and technical challenges. Like high thermal challenge TF (task force), achieved 78% thermal bin reduction. - Built strong quality & reliability project management skills, designed 70%+ different sampling BI qualification method as project manager. Like multiple BIT (BI time) project to save 67% BI RR, and created innovative die reel level kitting and merge logic to stabilize incoming material BIT fluctuation. 2016.1 - now CN. CD,QRE Lead/Specialist/technologist- Selected as intel Chengdu site innovation star in 2016 due to innovative BI test method changes to gain 78% cooling and 10% soaking time reduction, which already implemented on latest 3 generation products.- Created and filed new burn in test method patent in 2017, which is the first BI patent from AT QREs and became the standard method for intel.- Selected as CQN staff IC(individual contributor) to lead and coach Quality & Reliability technical improvement and projects. E.g. Created first BI QRE standard training material, and delivered series trainings (>4 times) to >200 global engineers, also trained all local new BI QREs in latest 3 years. Show less
