  In 2012 I got promoted to Regional Market Director, when I started to lead and manage my own market team; 11 direct reports based in 5 cities (Shenyang, Chengdu, Chongqing，Fuzhou and Nanning). I created and defined market strategies with each region and supervise the execution as well. I coordinated inter-functional relations between sales, marketing and editorial departments, as well as the Press' relations with partnering universities and agents. My team and I turned out to be excellently exceptional by making remarkable contributions to the organization-a growth rate of 13% for the year of 2013, 17% for 2014, and 10% for 2015.
