      As a Project Manager, I was the focal point from the grantee (HRD Network) to liaise with US Embassy Public Affairs Section (PAS), Lincoln Corners Coordinators, technical and support staff and, other stakeholders. My responsibilities included;• Provide strategic leadership and direction, define and implement activities to achieve project and program objectives.• Proactively liaise between multiple stakeholders on a national level with 18 Lincoln Corners to plan and manage a wide variety of monthly and special activities. • Provide technical support in arrangements of district and national workshops, conferences and TechCamps. • Lead monthly meeting with donor to monitor project implementation. Draft progress reports (Narrative and Financial – monthly, quarterly and end of project reports) with the donor. • Supervise Lincoln Corner coordinators and conduct their performance evaluations and provide guidance and training as needed in collaboration with donor.• Review biannual work and performance plans to ensure long-term and short-term priorities are on track. • Support coordinators design mechanisms and monitor sessions on gender, leadership, entrepreneurship, and peacebuilding.• Organized Young Women Leadership Conference 2019 held at President House. As a master trainer trained a large cadre of trainers on conflict resolution, social justice, basics of gender, and Identity. Later supervised the trainings to engage 157 girls, one from each district of Pakistan. Show less

Through global programs, Girl Rising is working to break the barriers to girls’ education.Key Responsibilities:- Overall management of the Pakistan portfolio- Create content including curricula to help adolescents reflect on gender stereotypes and their aspirations- Create content for parent engagement sessions to address issues like gender stereotypes, gender-based violence and discrimination- Build the capacity of local teams and educators on GR curricula to engage parents, school management and community members to create a safe space of learning for students particularly girls so that children rejoice their childhood and adolescence growing in schools, community and at homes where required support is extended on daily basis. - Conduct primary research to measure the effectiveness of GR programs and also rely on secondary data to analyze and interpret social development trends particularly related to gender and education- Manage partnerships and identify new opportunities for collaborations Show less

      As a Gender Equality Advisor for IGNIT3, my role is to provide technical leadership and oversight within the overall project to ensure gender considerations are applied across project activities related to nutrition, WASH and health in Pakistan, Malawi and Ghana. This includes;- Leading and coordinating gender analyses and action planning, training and capacity building for project staff and local partners- Drafting policy briefs to highlight the key challenges and enablers related to gender inclusion in IGNIT3 activities - Developing content for health educators on gender and nutrition particularly focusing on gender responsive pedagogy- Identifying and assisting in monitoring gender equality outcomes and indicators- Providing support to the project management team and staff to achieving the programs goals.
