  Quality Assurance Manager

  • Ensuring the implementation of the conditions specified in the Food Safety System within the company and control them ( FSSC 22000)• Making food safety and quality audits, according to results making action plans and following up them with relevant units and teams• Meeting expectations in supplier audits made by our customers (such as supermarket chains, luxury hotels etc) .Be responsible for quality & documentation & production field audit.• Working with training team, preparing training materials and ensuring that all employees get training which specified in the food safety system especially food safety .• Controlling the production processes and keeping records with food safety team. • Entering processes records, material stocks and recipies into the SAP system.• Finding suitable suppliers and making purchase orders. ( materials such as meat, additive, spice and also machine & equipments)• Following local food industry legislation and making necessary revisions according to changing conditions.• Collaborating with occupational health and safety management system and environmental management system.
