      Build and maintain relationships as the key contact for a public, non-profit corporation that administors pension and retirement-related benefits to municipal entities in an 18 county region in southwest Michigan. Provide and facilitate ongoing needs analysis for municipalities within the region.Determine the demand for products and services offered by municipalities and identify potential customers and competitors.Act as a liaison with customer to strengthen and broaden relationships by delivering additional solutions.
