  Group leader and software analyst for a developing team which created avionic mission planning software to realize routes, weapons and stores managing for several planes (example EFA/IMSS, ATR, M346). The plugins were integrated with american mission planning platform called JMPS. Group leader and software analyst for a developing team which created a task for naval area. I coordinated and monitored whole phases of software life cycle as analysis, design and development and I followed every deliveries. This software provided several features of stress testing for a naval command and control system called MDLP based on military protocols as Jreap and Link16. Designer and developer for a weapon system called NSFS. I implemented a command and control system for a specific cannon (called Vulcano) built for European Multipurpose Frigate called FREMM. I started my carrier as developer, integrator and debugger for military systems. I use to work for naval, avionic, radar and intelligence areas. I used low level technologies (Assembler C and C++) on Linux and Linux Real Time and high level technologies (Java/J2ee SOA based and Microsoft.NET) for web and stand alone applications. Thanks to these I implemented military messaging systems based on C/S communication and XML/XSD files.

  Project I use to work, called Swarm Ground Station (SGS), is a 3D mission planning system for swarm of drones (UAV), based on OSGEarth (OpenSceneGraph and OpenGL) and QT. It provides tools to draw several kind of points, flight spaces (by areas and polygons), flight plans and missions for these swarms. It can receive several kind of input (by users, simulation systems or others) to plan the missions on maps recovered by some GeoMapServer (for example GoogleMaps or OpenStreetMap). This project is a part of a macro-system, in fact SGS will be integrated with a command and control console, an I/O module and a run time data (example for audio/video streaming) module for drones. In this way, user (or other systems) will be able to: plan the missions (including commands), send this information, fly and control the drones. I am the leader of HMI/MP for a group of two people, I have realized analysis and design and I am developing part of system. Show less
