      I had the responsibility for 615 drivers across 12 depots. With a team of 4 regional managers and 27 driver managers I ensured the delivery of competency management, pay-roll, job performance, delay budget, attendance standards and safety performance for the driver function. I also developed and reviewed our strategy and co-ordintated with other departments my functions contribution to the company's performance. I played a pivotal role within our stakeholder relationships, specifically with ASLEF, RMT and Network Rail in order to facilitate the smooth running of the day to day operation and bringing about future changes Show less I had the responsibility for 480 conductors across 12 depots.       Passenger Services Work Stream Lead

      Working with the London Midland project management office (PMO) and line management teams, my role was to facilitate any activity relating to, and affecting the Passenger Services function (Drivers, Conductors and Stations) and ensure those elements were delivered effectively and successfully within a designated project. I worked on the introduction of new rolling stock, new time tabled services, station enhancements and a new station build.

      I am now supporting training delivery for the newly created North West Route, covering Liverpool, Manchester, Lancs and Cumbria. I was the Training Services representative for the Route. I ensured that the training needs are captured and oversee its delivery over each financial year. I was the primary interface with Community Relations and our Lineside Neighbours. I managed the Shrewsbury Delivery Unit's response to all issues raised and was the interface with third parties working on or about the railway infrastructure.
