      Achievements- Designed and led the introduction of an organisational performance system based on the Objective Key Results (OKR) approach.- Developed a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) strategy which identified the key results, evidence and learning priorities for TMEA and its donors, and secured the funding required to deliver these objectives. - Led the mobilisation of the organisation to achieve an ‘A’ rating (performance meets expectations) in the annual review undertaken by TMEA’s donors in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. - Internally led a $US 5m four-year independent evaluation of TMEA’s first phase (2010 – 2017) providing the evaluation team with access to all the information and stakeholders required to complete this in-depth work. As Managing Director, I have overall responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the company and ensuring its continued growth and diversification into new markets and service offerings. This leadership role encompasses all aspects of the business including overseeing technical excellence, business development, strategy, finance, service delivery and human resources.Achievements - Led the development of a new four-year corporate strategy which aims to diversify the business from its core data collection offering into higher-value analytics and impact measurement services. - Led the expansion of the business into the new markets of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Nigeria, including the establishment of permanent offices in Kampala and Nairobi. - Restructured the business to ensure it can deliver services more effectively across East Africa and created a new Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) service area to drive diversification and business growth.
