Project Director, Cherry Creek Youth Justice Centre, Community Safety Building Authority - Leading the team administering the Managing Contractor Contract to deliver a rescoped and funded 140 bed youth justice facility. Overseeing the period of redesign and value management whilst maintaining progress of the early works and development of a suitable Guaranteed Construction Sum offer with the Managing Contractor. Duties included mentoring and guiding project managers in all aspects of contract and project management and the development of relevant management reporting for internal and external stakeholders whilst also sustaining positive relationships in a complex contractual environment. This involved working collaboratively with government stakeholders as well as coordinating multidisciplinary working groups and committees.
