    • Global Hub for the Common Good

      Oct 2015 - Aug 2016
      Catalyst

The Global Hub for the Common Good is a think tank from the people for the people. It has the vision to drive systemic change and introduce values back to our economic system replacing competition by collaboration. The goal is to close the gap between civil society and the political sphere while fostering collaboration among the New Economy Models that aim at making this world a better place for all. My area of work was of a very broad nature while setting up the organisation from October 2015 on, when it started from scratch: event management, workshop development and facilitation, fundraising, communication, social media and project management. This project afterwards further developed into the http://neweconomyforum.org and the Wellbeing Alliance. Show less

    • Ouishare

      Sept 2016 - now
      Connector & Explorer

My main areas of activity within Ouishare are organisational transformation and community building, I've worked on a wide range of projects in Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Slovakia, Denmark, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Romania, US and Cuba. I also engage in research projects, design and facilitate workshops and do key-notes on the futures of work and shared-governance for digital platforms. Ouishare is a place to experiment and learn and I do so by co-implementing new ways of working and organising ourselves with new tools and methodologies. OuiShare is a decentralised network born in 2012 in Paris. The members of Ouishare spend a lot of time questioning, experimenting, and deconstructing the myths of our time as well as our own idealistic visions: collaborative practices, shared governance, decentralization, smart cities. We like to move into areas where we are not expected and are always exploring the edges to find new ways to address the many challenges of our time.We are best known for our expertise in organizing innovative and participatory events, creating and curating physical spaces that connect diverse ecosystems, and our ability to research and shed light on emerging topics. • Despierta

      Dec 2016 - Jun 2019
      Catalyst

Despierta is a community of women with personal growth at its core. We build a supportive ecosystem among women by offering them a safe space in which they can share, develop their self-esteem, question their beliefs and grow as the person they want to become. Our goal is to deconstruct gender barriers and build a fairer society. We organise monthly on & offline workshops and social events as well as produce and share personal growth content. I started this project with my partner in this adventure, Minerva Rossi, because I firmly believe an alternative and "better" economic system is not possible if we do not deal with the gender issues that are so rooted in our culture. Issues that most new economy movements do not deal directly with. Show less

    • Greaterthan

      Dec 2019 - now
      Partner

Associate dec. 2019-August 2023Partner from September 2023 With Greaterthan I work in Organisational Transformation / Development processes supporting orgs decentralise power by working on their structure and culture. The exciting and relevant element about Greaterthan is that, our core are not the services we offer, but how we are and show up as a collective, we experiment and learn from the practices we develop inspired on our favourite thinkers or adopt practices from our ecosystem. We challenge the status quo by allowing ourselves to be together and work in a deeply collaborative way: basing ourselves more and more on needs, working on personal and collective vision, deepening our relationships and our commitments with each other, for example.
