  I worked alongside teachers inside classrooms at a local middle school. Additionally, I worked one-on-one with select students throughout the entire year to help encourage healthy reading habits. While in the classroom, I managed small groups and worked with students in need of additional assistance in ELA.

  Oversee and manage all training for new scribes. In addition to 30 fully trained scribes, I schedule all of the trainees and am responsible for assigning trainees with a trainer. I also create new training materials and guidelines for scribes that are in training. Responsible for training new scribes on how to use Cerner, create patient records, and train new scribes on how to use proper medical terminology. Additionally, responsible for scheduling over 30 employees at three different emergency departments. Document physician-patient interactions in the ER and update patient medical records. Learned from Emergency department physicians in patient care and medicine in preparation for a career in medicine.
